Frost Giant
The following abilities are linked to Sylvie's nature as a Frost Giant (enchanted to look like an Asgardian and as such practically indistinguishable from human):

Superhuman Physiology: Sylvie is physically much stronger, faster and more agile than regular humans. Her body is also more resistant to damage than a regular human - not impossible to hurt, but a little harder. She also possesses better reflexes and more stamina than a regular human would. She's not impervious to exhaustion, but being a Frost Giant makes her superior to humans in these regards.

Regeneration: While Sylvie is more durable to damage than a human, she absolutely can get hurt. Her Frost Giant blood will heal damage to her body at a greatly accelerated rate, though by no means instantaneously. She cannot simply walk off any wound or watch her flesh and bones knit back together in real time, but she will stand a higher chance of making a full recovery, and make it very fast, too.

Longevity: Sylvie is implied to already be thousands of years old, and will live for thousands more.

Cold Immunity: Sylvie doesn't feel cold and cannot be hurt by it. She can recognize that it is cold, but will not be bothered by it (even if perhaps she might pretend otherwise).

Sorceress
The following abilities are linked to Sylvie's innate and learned magic:

Enchantment: Her strongest magical ability. A self-taught application of her innate font of magical power, Sylvie can reach into someone's mind and control them in a variety of ways. In order to do this, she needs to make very brief physical contact (over clothes is enough, skin on skin contact is not required). The ability will never be used on other player characters or NPCs without prior OOC plotting with the players or mods respectively. Someone with a strong will and powers of their own might be able to resist her in various ways, but most regular humans have no defenses against this. Consequently, Sylvie can easily compel a weak to normal willed person to engage in combat for her, or believe anything she tells them merely through a touch. Alternatively, she can trap someone in their own memory, and manipulate that memory in small ways. Sylvie can passively view the memories or insert herself into them in order to interrogate someone. Enchantment can also be used to take complete control of other people's bodies, making them puppets basically possessed by Sylvie, who can then see, speak and act through them, including transferring all of Sylvie's powers for as long as she is possessing someone this way. It's implied she can only possess one person at a time this way. Leaving the body leaves the victim physically greatly exhausted, usually passing out. All of these effects require brief physical touch to take hold, but remain in effect even at great distances and across time space. There is no canonical information on the enchantment fading with distance or time. The targets of her enchantments are not aware of having been enchanted.

Telekinesis: Sylvie can move things with her mind. While Loki by contrast can move entire large structures, we only see Sylvie throw furniture sized objects like a chair. Larger objects will require her to train the ability more.

Energy Blasts: Bolts of green energy strong enough to hurt, as well as blast an average human through the air or briefly stun/push back/knock down someone more powerful.

Learning New Magic: While in the show she originally is only able to use her enchantment magic, which is her strongest magical ability, Sylvie is subsequently shown to pick up and replicate two of Loki's abilities (telekinesis and energy blasts), while assuring Loki that he can innately figure out how to use her enchantment magic on his own, understanding that them being variants of each other means they share capabilities in how they apply their magic. This means depending on complexity of ability and exposure to it, she could theoretically replicate any skill another Loki variant has - and vice versa. Currently limited to a minor form of his Telekinesis and Energy Blasts, picking up more complex abilities isn't impossible, but would require being actively taught, or require some effort as well as trial and error on her part.

Other
The following abilities are other more mundane skills Sylvie possesses:

Engineering: Sylvie is shown able to pick up on the TVA's technology and be able to manipulate/tinker with it. She's smart enough to adapt to a variety of tech levels in her journey through time and space, too, as she has to be able to hide in a variety of worlds of vastly differently technological levels.

Combat: Sylvie is able to combat Loki as well as varying levels of security guards on a different planet and within the TVA, both with and without the use of her powers and weapons. Her fighting style isn't elegant; she's a brawler, and looking to hurt, maim and kill as quickly as possible. If without her favoured weapon, she's competent in hand to hand combat and uses anything she can get her hand on to gain the upper hand.

Sword Fighting: While Sylvie isn't above hand to hand combat and improvised weapons, her weapon of choice is a sword that she wields with deadly precision.

Languages: Sylvie is able to speak and understand Asgardian and English
